1. General Terms for Promotions & Discounts

  • Each promotion, discount, or offer is subject to specific terms.
  • Unless otherwise stated, promotions do not apply to subscriptions, product bundles, and Antinol Plus 180 & 720 pack sizes. 
  • Unless otherwise stated, promotions apply to eligible orders totalling $99+ (excluding shipping, tax, etc).
  • Promotions, discounts, vouchers, and gift cards cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed.
  • All promotions are available while stocks last and are subject to availability.
  • Discounts and promotions cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

2. Shipping Timelines: Standard & Peak Periods

  • We strive to dispatch orders placed before 11:00 AM AEDT on the same business day. However, same-day dispatch is subject to order volume, fulfilment capacity, and other operational constraints.
  • During high-demand periods (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday, major sales events, or unexpected order surges), same-day shipping may not be possible.
  • By placing an order, you acknowledge that same-day shipping is not guaranteed during peak periods or due to operational constraints.

2. Vouchers & Gift Card Promotions

  • Promotional vouchers or gift cards are limited to one per customer unless otherwise stated.
  • Minimum spend requirements may apply for voucher or gift card redemption.
  • Vouchers and gift cards cannot be combined with other discounts or vouchers.
  • Promotional vouchers and gift cards may have an expiry date, which will be communicated at issuance.
  • Vouchers and gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

3. Free Gifts & Bonus Offers

  • Free gifts and bonus items are available while stocks last and may be substituted if unavailable.
  • Some free gift promotions require a minimum order value to qualify.
  • If an order with a free gift is returned, the free gift must also be returned, or its value may be deducted from the refund.

4. Referral & Loyalty Program Offers

  • Eligibility for referral and loyalty programs is subject to program-specific rules.
  • Fraudulent activities or abuse of the program may result in termination of rewards and account suspension.

5. Subscription Discount Terms

  • For discounts which are applicable to subscriptions, the discount only applies to a single order unless otherwise stated.
  • Subscription discounts and pricing may be modified with prior notice.

6. Price Match & Price Adjustments

  • We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases if an item goes on sale after the order is placed.
  • CanineCeuticals does not currently offer price matching.

7. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any promotion if misuse, fraud, or violation of terms is suspected.
  • Customers engaging in fraudulent activities may have their accounts suspended or banned from future offers.

8. Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Your continued participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
