We proudly manufacture all of our products in Australia.

Do you use Australian ingredients?

All our ingredients are human-grade and sourced locally in Australia wherever possible. For those ingredients that need to be sourced internationally, they still meet our stringent human-grade quality standards.

All of your products are listed as human-grade - what does this mean?

Human-grade means that all of the ingredients are safe and suitable for human consumption and have been manufactured in TGA-approved manufacturing facilities. Although, having said that, you may not want to rush out and taste them yourself! Because the products are designed for dogs, we've excluded all of the typical flavourings and sweeteners that are normally added to the human versions - so even though they are safe for you to consume, your taste buds may not be so excited!

Do you use preservatives, artificial colours or flavours?

No. All our products are preservative, artificial colour and flavour free. 

What’s the best way to store my supplements?

All products are best stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and below 30 C (the pantry is a great spot). Don’t forget to keep the container or bottle lid tightly closed.

Can my dog take your supplements if they are on medications?

Some natural ingredients may interfere with certain prescription medications. Where relevant, this information will be listed on the individual product page. If you’re not sure, please contact your veterinarian.

Do I need to transition my dog onto your supplements?

If your dog is particularly sensitive, it's always a good idea to start by giving one-quarter to one-half of the recommended label dose for the first 2-3 days, then gradually increasing to the full recommended label dose over a week or two.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

Do you keep my bank details?

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase then your credit card details are stored securely by our ecommerce partner, Shopify, for as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Your card details are deleted once the purchase is completed.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

You need to notify CanineCeuticals within 3 days of delivery at info@canineceuticals.com.au if your goods are damaged in transit. Provided there is satisfactory evidence the goods were damaged during shipping we will gladly provide replacement products.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

If you change your mind, a refund will be given as long as the goods are returned unopened and in a saleable condition (i.e. no damage or marks on the container). You must notify us within 7 days of purchase that you have changed your mind. You will be responsible for paying the return postage fee. The refund will only be issued once the goods are received by us. Contact CanineCeuticals at info@canineceuticals.com.au. What are your Shipping Rates?

Standard shipping is $13.95 and Express shipping is $17, for all deliveries within Australia. 

Do you have Free Shipping?

Certainly. All orders over $130 have free standard shipping within Australia. This does not apply to Express shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States only.

Can I pick my order up?

Yes! If you live in the vicinity of Dural, NSW, Australia you can arrange to collect your order in person. Please select ‘local pickup’ on the checkout page, then email us directly on orders@caninceceuticals.com.au to ensure that your order is ready for collection and to arrange a collection time.

My order was incorrect, what do I do?

Sometimes mistakes occur and if you receive an incorrect order we will provide a refund or exchange upon proof of purchase and organize a return for the incorrect goods.

How soon will I receive my order?

CanineCeuticals uses Australia Post as our regular shipping service. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday and we will endeavour to ship your order within 2 business days of receiving it.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email along with a tracking number.
